Nut Free Energy Bites
Serves 10 hungry people!
200g medjool dates (if the dates are hard, soak for 30minutes to soften them up)
20g pumpkin seeds
30g sunflower seeds
2tsp vanilla powder
40g sesame seeds
Remove the stones from the dates
Using a blender, mix the dates with the oats, seeds, vanilla powder, tahini and salt.
Blend to a sticky dough. Can take a while.
Roll the mixture into 10 balls of energy.
Roll in the sesame seeds so they are fully covered
Put int fridge for one hour to set nicely.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for unto one week (or the freezer for a month)
