1 packet of chickpeas (230g)
2 tbls tahini (light as oppose to dark)
2 garlic cloves
1/2 tbls organic curry powder
2 tbls raw coconut oil
100g white sesame seeds to roll the falafel in.
WHAT TO DO:
Rinse the chick peas
Clean the carrots
Mix the carrots, with skin to a crumb like mixture
Mix all the ingredients (except the oats) to a paste
Add the oats stirring all the time. Leave for about 15minutes so the mixture swells.
Set the oven at 125degrees.
Roll the mixture into approximately 20 falafel balls and roll in the sesame seeds.
Place on baking paper on your baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 1 hour. Turn the balls after 30 minutes. Serve with a quinoa salad or wild rice together with a maybe a tahini dressing! ENJOY!
