About Annalisa Börjesson

Annalisa Börjesson

My name is Annalisa Börjesson and I am a Nutritional Practitioner specialising in Bioresonance and Biofeedback Therapy. I was born in Great Britain and  have always been fascinated by the human body and what brings it back to optimum health.

I started my journey as a Sports Massage Therapist and Fitness Instructor, and also loved competing internationally in modern jive, lindyhop and swing, even winning a silver Medal at the National Air Steps Final several years ago.

When I moved to Sweden in 2003, I trained as a Pilates and Yoga instructor, working with TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) and ran my own health studio ”Back in Shape”  for 15 years. During that time I began to become interested in Nutritional Therapy because I could see that it was not enough to keep our bodies healthy through exercise and treatments, but that a balanced approach to Nutrition could really make a difference. My passion for Vegan and Vegetarian cooking developed whilst working in a Macrobiotic restaurant and later as a Raw Food Chef. I love experimenting with recipes to find everyday diets that  give optimal mental and physical energy, are quick and easy to put together and taste great!

I myself suffered with digestion problems and at various times of the year, skin irritation causing a feeling of low energy and subsequent anxiety. After trying all sorts of treatments, I followed the advice of a Bioresonance Practitioner  and experienced immediate results…. normal digestion, ”younger” skin and a general feeling of calm well being flowed through me.

This inspired me to do the training, because it resonated with my belief that a happy stomach makes for a happy heart and that your body has the answers for you. By combining my experience with Wholefood cooking I could  use the foods that supported the Biofeedback results.

This therapy helped my body to help itself.  And now I would like to help you!
